David Menges - Distorted Furniture - Website/ Background

David Menges

Menges is a furniture designer. I found this designer on Google under the subject name of distorted furniture. The reason I decided to research these pieces is because to help me on my background designs because these are the type of object and style I want to put in my designs.

Piece called: Mirror

In these pieces am just looking at the different shapes that creates this piece. In most of his work there are a lot of craves and angles used to create the distorted feel.



Piece called: Distorted Dining

This piece looks like some one melted the Furniture and waited for it to cool down. The design it self is very different to other piece of furniture that I have seen.



Piece called: Crooked Cabinet

When I first saw it I was like yes this is the type of style of furniture that I want to put in my FMP but I asked most of the people in my class to see if they knew what the proper name for the style was but they didn’t know or thinks that this style doesn't really have a name so I may have to ask someone.
